A young girl with a terrible attitude answered the phone today when I called to ask a question about an appointment. She was so rude that I am embarrassed for her. She should be removed from answering phones and fired. Customer service is essential and she has ZERO skills
I contacted this office as a nurse from another practice while trying to coordinate care for a mutual patient. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was condescending and dismissive, even stating “this is unbelievable.” Communication between healthcare offices should be respectful and collaborative, especially when it directly affects patient care. Based on this interaction, I have concerns about how patients and other professionals are treated.
Sad really ...I have never had a bad experience with the ladies that make the appointment s. Until today ...don't rely on Sylvia to help u....I'm a current patient of SS E and I find Drs and staff amazing ....I had to ask her to check out appointment for me wt my Dr. She told me well upfront he has nothing...wrong answer .at least be polite and check. She hung up on me the first call. But as I said all the Drs and staff are amazing.
I have been with SS Internal Medicine for 33 years. Very welcoming & knowledgeable.
Good luck trying to get into here. Was referred by my PCP, but the phone Rep. was not very good at it. She couldn't even put my insurance properly. Also, good luck trying to get an appointment. Soonest one was 60 days away. I guess is fine as long as you don't get a heart attack before the appointment.
