Anne Norton dropped one of my business policies I've had for multiple years with the. There had never been any claims made and all payments were always made on time, even after they unexpectedly doubled one of my policies halfway through the billing cycle. Anne Norton was very unprofessional on the phone with me and very rude. I am filing a formal complaint with the state insurance inspector.
Very rude and unprofessional service. I have had 0 insurance claims throughout the years I’ve had South Shore. This last year they raised my premium by double halfway through the billing year and then emailed me stating they would not service my business insurance anymore. There is a conflict of interest they are in between and I would definitely not recommend anyone to have business insurance with these crooks.
SSIA was able to help me shop around for different quotes for my homeowners policy. Staff is well knowledgeable of the area and can recommend on how to save money! Not to mention they have a friendly staff :)
They make it easy and are always competitive. Courteous and professional staff. Strong supporters of many charitable causes & the local community as a whole.
