The entire crew at South Shore Insurance Company is first rate. They have provided my homeowners and flood insurance for many years. I could not be more satisfied with their excellent service. .
Answered all my questions, always available and always talked to a real person.
They are not proactive when it come to renew my policy. I have reached out more then one month in advance and I have been told that they will email me back in a couple of days. Fast forward they contacted me after the policy was expired tha gave me a new quote that was over 4times higher than my current one. No diligence in sight.
Have been my insurance company for several years now. They are very professional and made choosing homeowners insurance very easy. The one year I had a problem with my insurance they went above and beyond to get my issue settled.
