I was so impressed by how much of a well-oiled machine this entire process was! Right after I called to schedule my appointment, they immediately sent over the paperwork, which made the administrative side a total breeze. The location was incredibly easy to access, and I really appreciated that I was taken in exactly at my scheduled time. The testing was efficient, and the feedback they provided was simple and easy to comprehend. Truly a seamless experience from start to finish—well done!
After having the same audiologist for years retire I was nervous about starting from scratch. My experience with Dr. Mayer and her staff was absolutely refreshing and positive. Every single one of them is friendly, personable, thorough and professional. I am back to loving the crystal clear sounds of waves, trees blowing in the wind and the correct words to the songs I like to sing!
