The administrative staff there has to be the rudest most non-empathetic individuals I have ever encountered in the medical field. They need to do better!
Dr. Fattoum Is the best .. at first I was scared to get treatment… but after talking to him and the nurses there they are so caring and kind ..now I go to my appointments knowing I’m in the best of hands !!!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO DR. BAER for wound care. My mom who was healthy, saw him to treat a small wound on her right foot, however Dr. Baer DUG A HOLE into her left toe. The wound was so deep and what her new doctors in Boston’s Brigham Hospital saw was completely unnecessary and done incorrectly. His carelessness led to a massive infection to spread into her bone And her foot now needs to be amputated!! DO NOT GO TO DR BAER!! Go to Brigham and Women’s hospital wound center!
I suffered with my wound for a year. It was excruciatingly painful and nothing my doctor tried would heal it. He finally sent me to the wound center. They are miracle workers! They were compassionate on my first visit when I was in a lot of pain. After that my pain level dropped due to their care. They assigned visiting nurses to come to my home and wrap my bandages and the nurses were wonderful, too. Dr Fatoom and his staff of medical workers are top-notch.
