Could not get an appointment after several attempts, each time I called there was a new problem with the referral.. finally my doctor sent them my entire folder.. still not good enough!
Went to Dr Baer. You know there's an issue there when his own staff is mumbling negative things about him. I switched providers since I moved to Maine. They're identifying things he totally missed and have it just about healed. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER UNDER ANY CIRCUSTANCE. Full of himself and refuses to work with patients to find a solution.
The administrative staff there has to be the rudest most non-empathetic individuals I have ever encountered in the medical field. They need to do better!
Dr. Fattoum Is the best .. at first I was scared to get treatment… but after talking to him and the nurses there they are so caring and kind ..now I go to my appointments knowing I’m in the best of hands !!!!!
Very friendly and helpful people. We waited only minutes. Highly competent people willing to explain and answer questions.
