we had a party of 12. they struggled to get the food out, struggled to get the bills right, one wait person had a great helpful attitude, the other one, not so much. I wish I could have tipped them separately. Serving is hard work --- it's not for everyone. This restaurant has such wonderful food, it's almost worth the disappointing service. Almost.
