We've used South Shore Glass for two of our homes and both times were great experiences. Excellent customer service, great prices, and quality work! Definitely recommend!
They replaced our windows and the job was affordable and done quickly. The windows aren’t the highest quality and we’ve called to warranty some things but were asked to fix it ourselves. We also tried to have them install doors for us but their employee Gavin in that department made the process impossible. We ended up ordering through Meeks instead and were very happy with that process.
Always friendly, transparent with their pricing and process, and up front with the best solution to a given problem. I hope to go back to them when I replace my single pane windows for good!
The staff was great.
Steve is a great owner!!! I had my doors, windows and sliders replaced by Steve’s company. I have big and odd shaped windows, and the expertise and experience shows in the finished product. The owner is contentious and that rubs off on his employees.
