Their methods of communication could be better. On my initial visit, they forgot to request that I contact my last dentist and have them send over my last set of x-rays. Mistakes happen. But instead of giving me a call where I could get the message and immediately confirm I had received it and could act on it, they sent an email. I thought the one star review on this place was pretty hilarious and prompted me to write a review because I have never had anything close to a bad experience here. I feel like Dr. Lau addresses my dental concerns in a very professional yet warm and friendly way. I have been here for a little over a year now and have loved every second of it. I really feel like Dr. Lau actually listens to me and what I want out of my teeth.
The dentist matthew lau is a jerk very rude don’t ever try to pick this guy for your next dental appointment he has attitude. South shore dental is a great place but go with different dentist not with this liar dentist.
Yeah, pretty good experience. Filling my 4 teeth and getting my teeth clean was a very smooth experience. They were able to find time to fit me in with my schedule.
Dr Lau isbest dentist I have ever worked with! Gentle, careful, very kind hearted, and so super knowledgeable.I have to say the last t2-3dentists I visiteddid not know half the new techniques and procedures of Dr. Lau. Ialso really appreciate; that he is very willing to take a "wait and see" approach, not aggressive about pushing procedures.
