Not long after getting my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the wipers stopped working. This is a huge safety issue. They had to remove the dashboard to replace faulty harness. They don't have loaner cars. Now, after having the vehicle only 2 1/2 years , the air conditioning is not working. Took it in for service to be told it's normal wear and tear and would likely cost near $900 to fix! I purchased a replacement wheel on the Mopar website for $500 and they cancelled my order and increased the price of the wheel by $300.
They push their own agenda. I went in with a pre approved chase loan and they were determined to have me consider capital one which I did. Told me that chase refinances car loans and in 3 months I can refinance and get a lower percentage. That wasn't true chase does not refinance! After a month of driving the pre-owned I know I needed to change the tires only to find out the car brakes were so shot that all 4 rotors were destroyed. Hence the reason I almost ran off the road. my car broke down in ny, it was taken by the dodge to south shore dealer, it seemed to be a transmission problem, they did not call me for 1 week to talk about the car, I went back to the place and they said I needed a new transmission and my warranty I would not pay, because I had aftermarket parts, exhaust fan, wheels and suspension and avoid my warranty, they do not respect the law magnuson-moss act, in which says the dealer must prove that such part made the car break, so I had Many problems with the dodge, they canceled... read more
