I was a loyal customer from June 16, 2021 until July 11, 2024 and I feel like I was ripped off. I got electrolysis regularly for my chin and lip area from June 16, 2021 until May 22, 2024 and most of the hairs are gone except for a few. Three years seemed like an awfully long time and so I consulted with a few other places and they agreed. I also tried laser hair removal for my bikini, legs, and underarms. Ayanna and Randi are wonderful—accommodating, empathetic, and skilled. The facility is clean and welcoming. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere and won’t let anyone else touch my face now.
