Must be an untrained office manager. I should have had medication 2 days ago. Highly unorganized office and if you get somebody to answer, they will say they fix the situation. But I haven't seen it yet. The lunch time guy said that they would answer after 1pm. I guess that's a lie. Dr. Peeyush Grover needs to check on his own operations.
My experience has always been positive at the office. Everyone treats me with kindness and the utmost respect including the doctors, the nurses, and ancillary staff . Stacie at the front desk goes above and beyond in treating patients with curtesy, and understanding.
