RecommendedHad a great time today on rental bikes from this shop. The crew was very helpful and kind with their assistance. Bikes were solid too except for a slipping seat clamp on my bike. Easy thing to fix.

RecommendedMy husband and I rented high-end mountain bikes from them for a full day and had a blast exploring South Lake Tahoe. It was the highlight of our trip and I highly recommend the expertise and excellent customer service this shop has to offer. The two guys that helped us were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly rent from them again when we return. Compared to other bike shops that rented much cheaper quality bikes to the public, this shop rented to us Pivot and Liv (Giant) brands. Next to my kids and my dog, there's nothing more important to me than my MTB. So finding an excellent bike tech is just as important as finding a good doctor or CPA. And Hec's shop has several outstanding technicians. Wyatt not only knows mountain bikes like some kind of bike-Yoda, he takes the time to discuss everything that the rider needs to know.
