Wonderful experience. Took my pomchi hazel for the first time and we were treated with care and respect. They are friendly and take their time to explain everything you need to know about your pet. My hazel is not very friendly and the vet took his time with her so she can feel comfortable with him.
They are horrible and totally rude I have a 9 week old kitten and I was on the phone with a lady name Stephanie explained my situation and financial situation they wanted a ton of money to bring my kitten in to there place she can barely walk can't eat because she loses her balance and the lady got rude tells me to surrender my animal called me all sorts of names I highly recommend you not to use them
I been bringing my cat sam here since he's was 2 years old I never had a problem .. Everyones there know who my cat is and is always so nice

Last Thursday I had to bring my Daisy in. The staff treated her so kind in her last hour, and they treated me with the same kindness. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is the miscommunication with staff members. I was asked if I wanted Daisy's paw print and I said yes I do. I would pick it up the next day. I went the following morning and was told it was mailed out, I called the hospital 3 times to find out where the print was. I was told it was mailed out. I was told that 3 different times. Dr Panatello is amazing! We've been taking my Cookie there for 13 years. He is caring kind and a superb vet. Kudos to support staff as well especially Pat
