Mike arrived on time (in fact, early) for my appointment to replace our alarm system. He took the time to decipher the wiring in the prior alarm panel, which had been installed nearly 30 years ago by a different alarm company. Overall, Mike and his partner, Jonathan, invested five hours to remove and replace the central panel in the house, as well as two new state-of-the-art touchpads.
