Like another reviewer, I have never received an actual bill, but always receive a late notice in the mail with a $15 fee attached. Called a complained last month and I received my FIRST ACTUAL bill via email in three years. I thought I’d somehow initially missed these bills and it was my fault, but they shared that I have been signed up for email only since the beginning, but literally have no bill until today via email. I often don't receive my bill, then I get a past due notice the next bill cycle. also WHY IS IT BYE MONTHLY!!! Who the hell does that! Make it monthly or quarterly and please make auto pay a thing!!
