Have rented from them since 2013 with no major issues. They have always been willing to work with me when issues arose, but I make sure to communicate with them too. Linda is always cheery and great to work with.
Terrible slumlord. Has the dumpest rentals in town for high price.
I have never had any issues with this landlord and I have rented from them twice. If anyone has had an issue then you may want to consider how you are as a tenant. Pay your rent on time and take care of their property and don't cause a ruckus that involves the police. If you can do those three things then you won't have any issues with ANY landlord.
