I saw Dr. Tsoi at MWU ,he was student dentist, he was friendly, and makes me feel at ease during my dentist appointment, and before the treatment the way he injected anesthesia is gentle, not painful at all.
I came for a second opinion after another dentist that came off as kinda sketchy told me I needed a full root canal and crown that would’ve cost me a month’s rent. They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment, brought me back right away and determined I only had a cavity that they could fill then and there for less than a tenth of the price the other place quoted me. I recently moved from SoCal, I found this dentist office right next to where I live. This is hands down one of the best experience I had ever have, I got call in once I arrived at office less than 5 minutes. I was greed with x-ray tech, she was super kind explained all the procedures and do with care and respectful. Once the Dr.Tsoi arrived, he was so gentle and kind, he wasn't just there to do his job, he really care about his patients which is rare for me to say.
