Tldr; They sold me a defective car, they actively tried to hide some of the problems, and they failed to act on their promises. 2 stars because despite selling us a faulty vehicle, they did fix some of the stuff after we took the initiative. I recently moved to San Antonio and needed a new car. My wife and I saw what we believed to be a good deal for a Buick encore GX with 15K miles on it.
