EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Steven made himself available to talk on the phone and text for all my concerns. Extremely friendly and professional assistance for my temp move to NYC. Such a smooth and easy vacating process - I recieved my deposit back promptly!! 10/10 service - will use South Salem Self-Storage again!!
Called for pricing, roughly twice as much as nearby units and not even climate controlled.
By far the cleanest and easiest experience we've had with self storage. Convenient location, great safe little town, great security and reasonably priced. The gentleman that runs the facility is very accommodating, helpful and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend South Salem storage!
