I've had the privilege of dealing with South Salem Cycleworks both as a supplier/importer and now that I am retired, as a customer. Owner Mike is profoundly knowledgeable and cares deeply about his customers. This is one of the U.S.'s best shops. Really.
Thank you so much for recently coming up with a solution for keeping my husband's feet on his pedals of his recumbent tricycle! Nate(?) was so creative and thoughtful and didn't give up trying to find a way to help my husband to have more freedom!
