They took in my dog at their establishment, from a stranger who snatch him from my property playing with my wife, put a vaccine on my puppy without any authorization. Charged me a half day of boarding and they made me suffer out in the cold for more than 1 hour waiting for them to give me back my puppy!! Obviously they charge me first ... before that, they didn’t even show me my puppy once they got their money they gave him to me ... It felt like paying ransom for my own pup… See more
this place has really changed since the good doctors left. I wouldn't bother.
Brought our new puppy to meet Dr. Sarno. She was thorough and answered all questions. She did not rush our appointment at all and spent quite a bit of time with us.

I can't think of any place where an animal could be better cared for than under the care of Dr. Hubsher and his team. Our pets always received the most thoughtful, sweet, and attentive care and not to mention gentle hands. Love this place, and the people in it.

They had our dogs for four days and weren't competent enough to notice a tick the size of a nickle on my dogs ear. This place is OVER rated. Waste of $958.
Last week we rescued a 1 week old baby goat and quickly realized he was very ill with pneumonia . All the Vets and Staff at South Salem Animal Hospital were so caring and compassionate with him. It was only 3 days ago he was unable to stand and we weren't sure if he would even pull through. Thanks to your medical coaching for at home treatment and your quick diagnosis he is doing great and has made a huge turnaround !! Thank you from Arlo and his new family !!
