Hands down the worst renting experience I have ever had. I have lived in homes that are a100 years older than this place and it was a million times nicer. I was charged for ridiculous things during move out. Stains and damage that was there prior to move in. Charged for medium/heavy cleaning when I scrubbed every inch of that apartment down to the baseboards and bleached sinks toilets etc.. and when I moved in I found Cheetos in the couch right after move in when my roommate and I have never brought any into the apartment… c... read more
Don't take care of their units, maintenance wasn't knowledgeable, fire alarms going off all the time, property manager is miserable, charged nearly $200 for things that were already wrong with the apartment. Don't trust them don't rent
Really love this apartment complex. I had a hard time choosing a place to live but i’m beyond happy with my decision. the apartments are unreal!
