This business does not answer the phone. My pressure washer was dropped off June 11. I have only been able to speak to someone once since it has been dropped off and the day I actually got someone on the phone I was told the person who works on the equipment was not there that day. Since then including up to today I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. It is July 8 and I’ve heard nothing from this business since they’ve had my equipment. Wasn't the best before it was sold. But most definitely was cheaper. Now the prices are ridiculous. The new owners have no Idea how to run a business. Go to pembroke hardware way much better. Don't waste your time here.
