Dr. Anita, Nurse Liz, and the receptionist were some of the most warmest, friendly professional staff I have ever encountered. Thankyou, your service was amazing!
Terrible admin call. When asked basic question of scope of treatment (eg. Does this normally take 4 sessions, or 30?), admin person said ‘I’m not a doctor’. When I asked if she could ask the doctor given I live 1hr away, I was told to book a session closer to where I live. At $350 a 15 min appointment, I’m shocked they don’t do a better investment in the hiring and training of their admin staff. I called the clinic based on a recommendation. They lost my business due to poor customer service. Incredible.
