They have canceled my appointment twice. The first time was understandable. However the second time was very unprofessional. They claimed they’ve called me to inform me about the cancellation but they never did. I realized when I was at the clinic.

The medical team, especially the midwives are absolutely amazing. The majority of the receptionists in the medical office are awful. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional.
