Very disappointed, my daughters dr called in her new prescription on Thursday, yesterday I called to check on it. They had not even started on it. Was told they get it done and text me. Never happen and now its sat and my daughter has been 2 days without meds. I appreciate the girl on the phone trying to figure out what was going on but why be open when no pharmacist is there to do anything.. will me moving pharmacy's! Not to mention this isnt the first time delays have happened.
The South side location (Huguenot Rd, Midlothian) has absolutely horrible customer service. This review is based off of several dealings with them within the past 3 weeks. They do not return voicemails and their "customer representatives" are RUDE! I will never go to this pharmacy again.
