The only positive experience I’ve had is with the maintenance staff, Jojo. He is responsible, polite, and always helpful. Every time an issue arises, Jojo responds quickly and takes care of the problem efficiently. His professionalism and attitude are truly appreciated. However, the response of the property management is really slow and not professional. It takes long time to communicate with them for solving every single problem.
Jojo is such a great maintenance worker. He is always available when we need him and responds with such a wonderful demeanour. He is always so happy and friendly and fixes our issues in a timely manner with expertise. It’s so nice to know him, and trust that we can call on him when needed.
This has been a terrible move in experience. The only thing stopping me from going to the landlord and tenant board right now is the fact that Kayla is such a nice person and I want to believe you guys are trying to rectify everything. In the last 10 days I've paid you almost four grand only to have my dog almost decapitated by your roofers, have my stuff treated like it was worthless. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute waste of time. We had a confirmed showing at 4:30 PM, arrived to find the office locked, and when the agent finally came out her attitude flipped the second she saw us. She lied about calling to cancel but could not even say what number she called, then sent a cancellation email at 4:46 PM after the appointment. Five stars to our fantastic maintenance man Jojo ! He’s so bright and friendly. He quickly responds to our requests, and efficiently gets our repairs done. Very kind and always greets us with a smile and laughter while here. Thank you Jojo for making any stressful maintenance situation better and easy for us. We appreciate you!
