We had a maintenance issue at our apartment and the maintenance personnel Skyler did a great job fixing it quickly. Not just that, he also followed all norms and guidelines such as wearing mask to ensure everyone's safety.

Love these guys. It's super convenient to I-15, the management team is very responsive and the townhomes have luxury upgrades that you just don't find nowadays!

My wife and I have lived here for two years and we love it! Large town homes and the location is unbeatable! Rent is fair and competitive for the area of South Jordan and I love that I can leave my wife home and not worry about her safety. The garages are large and my wife loves the pretty kitchen with the granite countertops and the stainless steel appliances. This will definitely be our last rental until we purchase and even then we have been so spoiled here that leaving will be hard! They treat our dogs like family and ev... read more

I have had a great experience here. It's close to work and I-15 which means I can get up to the UofU campus in about 20 minutes. I have never had a problem with management. The pool and hot tub are awesome. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to respond to issues. We were the first tennants to rent here when they opened and we are still here over two years later. Price fluctuates with what management refers to as "market value". I put that in quotes because I have a different definition than they do when it comes to these... read more

So my wife and I recently moved out of this complex after almost a year and a half. The first 6 months went really well. We though the management was great, the location was great, and it was in general a quite area. Then the management changed. Once the management changed, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. If you wanted to contact them it was either through email, or try to track them down in the office. We have lived here for about a year now and have been really impressed by how well the property is taken care of! The property is pretty and has a playground, and the snow is almost always shoveled... which is great for those of us who don't like snow :) the town homes are also great quality inside; we have been made to feel really comfortable!

When we moved the bullet hole remained next to our door. I left a review about a year ago and things were great then. Since then our experience took an entire 180. There was a firearm accident with someone else in the complex. Thankfully no one was hurt, however no one from management reached out to us to make sure everyone was okay. We had to reach out to management to ensure we weren’t liable for the bullet hole next to the door. Hardly pet friendly. The grass areas became constantly dirty with dog waste. I love loving here. Super quiet area for being close to I-15. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any problems that may arise. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. Tons of upgrades throughout.
