I am currently living here and have been for about 8 months now, I love it, office ladies are always able to help if you have any questions, rates are acceptable. The interiors are VERY nice.. Great staff and maintenance personnel, clean and safe area!!
If the nice office ladies actually told the truth. I was told I was going to get most my deposit back and only got a few dollars, I'm not sure if its them or the corporation but trying to find out any information about why is useless, they all keep sending you to different people and none of the can help or have any answers. So frustrating.
STAY AWAY! They lied about the price of cable. They force you to get renters insurance in which they lie to you too about that price. No elevators and they put us on the third floor when it’s not fully rented out. They say it’s month to month but when you try to leave they say you have to tell them 30 days in advance or they charge you for the month you’re both there. If you’re part of the oil industry, STAY AWAY! I hope to never have to come to Williston again.
Nice apartments, aside the fact half of my cabinets are cockeyed, half of my plug ins don’t even work, nowhere to park, tows your vehicle if you don’t park inside your garage, but then don’t plow the driveway in between the garages after a foot of snow. Then when it does get plowed around noon they pile it all at the end of the roads in between the garages. I can’t even go visit my daughter and grandchildren because of a risk that my vehicle will be towed. You need to decide if you want your appointments empty or full!!
Nice apartments, but absolutely the worst choice I ever made. First and last month rent hold no water (charging us for the last month after it was mandatory to pay upon move in) Parking is terrible, office communication does not happen. Rent almost doubles after first lease. Absolutely 0 notice as well, first communicated document was from the Williston sheriff. They will get their money to keep our names clean of black marks but would never recommend this as a place of living.
