Im a fan!! South Richland Self Storage is literally THE BEST storage unit I have ever worked with. The quality of customer service that they provide is outstanding. I’m a busy gyal so I usually send emails for customer service and when I tell you!!! I have never experienced such quick and easy email based customer service in my life! I need all prospective customers to reads this because I am highly impressed!

Super staff very helpful, nice units, great price for climate controlled ones...and did I mention how awesome the staff is? Superb, thank you so much, couldn't possibly be better!

I needed a short term rental while I cleaned out my house and garage and would def recommend this for storage unit! Great price, safe location, and Adela has been very professional, helpful, accommodating, and friendly!

I rented four units here and was a customer for five months. I made my reservation from another state before moving, and had never been to this facility before booking, but the staff was so helpful and kind and gave me a really great rate that it made the whole process of moving that much easier. It is new and in a good location, and I never had a problem accessing the facilities when I needed to. My items were secure the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
