The office is very classy and everyone is great, but I was very surprised to discover there are NO toilet seat covers in the restroom. Dr. Sykes is always great, taking the time to spend with the client and he never seems that he is in a hurry.I appreciated the blanket while I had my teeth cleaned in the freezing temperature room.:)

Very professional, excellent customer service, any business would benefit from implementing this model. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel like a person and not just another number or sale. Dentist take the time to inform you and explain all procedures in detail as well as what options are available. I highly recommend The Reno Dentist located at 855 West 7th St #5
April 29, while I was 400 miles from home, a pair of porcelain crowns fell out after 30 years. The staff juggled schedules to fit me in within 3 hours, greeted me with warm enthusiasm, offered refreshments (the hard nuts would have been tempting any other time), and answered every question I had. The waiting room was filled with family pictures and high-quality Christian music.
