Ive been calling them for a couple of weeks to get my immunization record and everytime I call, I'm put on hold and then just hung up on OR I call them between 4-5pm and they deliberately hang up to avoid answering any calls or to avoid doing their job. Whats the point of saying youre open until 5pm but not answer from nearly an hour prior?? Even 10-20 mins prior, appartently they close at 4pm.

Receptionists here are better than the one at their Sandy location.

Beware, even though this place is open until 5pm, they won't serve you past 3pm. Tried to get our newborn's birth certificate fixed so we could add him to our insurance, but because we arrived at 3:10pm, we were turned away because it would "take too long". I guess they all had to enjoy doing nothing for a couple of hours. What a waste of taxpayer money.
