Incredibly unprofessional. Showed up at 4:32pm for Vital Records. Online states the office is open till 5pm. We patiently waited for them to finish with the woman they were helping. Promptly after they finished, they closed their screen window without a word to us at 4:40pm. They could clearly see us waiting. Such a passive aggressive way to close. Couldn’t bother to have any kind of conversation with us. If your hours are 8-4:30pm M-F, how is anyone with a job supposed to meet with you. Such a joke.
It was very nice all staff is helpful and kind thank you so much for helping us.
I've gone through this week office for 2 years now and have always had a good experience with the front office, and the nutritionist. As well as lactation consultant. However this last appointment I went to a few days ago left me upset. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel like this needs a review. My son and I are both vegetarian. When this gets brought up to the nutritionist, usually they will help me with the nutritional goals for someone who is vegetarian. They have adjusted my package in the past two things ... read more
