Some of the ladies here are great and the owner is awesome. But I’m pretty upset that after getting extensions consistently for over a year, the stylist ghosted me after I said I wanted to only get my sides filled in, and asked what it would cost if I did that. I was left with my husband spending two hours to get my remaining extensions out of my hair with pliers. My hair is now ruined. Needless to say, I won’t be back without an apology.

I went here and was extremely disappointed. Hannah White did my hair and it was uneven and WAY shorter than I wanted. I paid $30 for a hair cut I did not like. I tried to reach out to Hannah on Facebook but she never responded. I even sent her pictures of what she did to my hair. I had to pay another salon to fix what she did to my hair. I have not had experiences with any other stylist but DO NOT go to Hannah.

***UPDATE*** **After my first experience being so poor, I reached out to the salon owner and she offered to fix it for me. I'm honestly so happy with the result. I don't know what happened the first time, but she definitely made it right and I'm very happy with my cut now. I asked for a very basic shoulder length haircut and got a chin length choppy bob with long pieces and uneven bits. I was so upset when I realized how much had already been cut off I just desperately wanted to leave. I let her finish the cut and paid then ... read more
