terrible at refills
I've had an exceptional experience here, not sure about the other reviews but I have felt very taken care of here. The team here has worked hard to make sure all my medications are right, and have advocated for me with pharmacies and my insurance. Dr. Ahmed Abdulkadir is an absolute gem and I could not recommend him enough. He is very thorough and compassionate.
Amanda was very very rude on the phone would not help me and made feel stupid for calling!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Wow, worst admin ever. We have filed three formal complaints as we have followed up dozens of times and never get callbacks or follow-up appointments scheduled. For someone dealing with mental health issues, this is enough to set you over the edge, avoid at all cost.
Go somewhere else that cares and listens to people suffering from mental illness. Here you will be treated like a problem, ignored, and thrown away
