The nurses and staff are lovely and very polite but the people actually in charge of handing patients care are just awful. I've had multiple occasions with multiple practitioners over years of going here where my words have been completely disregarded for the entire session. It's like they tune in just enough to figure out what to say to get you out the door but as soon as you leave you realize you find that they prescribed you the wrong thing or something. Then you can't reach anyone to fix it without scheduling another app... read more

Completely ridiculous, I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist here for 2 years now, I missed one appointment after having to reschedule after starting a new job, and figuring out my new schedule. ONE appointment and they cut off my prescription, and barred me from future appointments. They attempted to lie and say I left a voicemail, when I confronted them about that, they lied again and said I didn’t call 24 hours before (8AM, as soon as they opened the day before the appointment, IS 24 hours before 4PM the next day if anyone was ... read more
This psychiatry department is an absolute joke. My boyfriend has been going here for six years, and in that time, he’s had to switch doctors multiple times. He’s tried numerous medications to manage his bipolar disorder and finally found one that works well for him. Recently, he had an appointment where he described his concerns, but Dr. Nwokwor failed to listen, take proper notes, or review his medical history. Not coping very well with a traumatic even that happened over a year ago, being put on numerous different medications with no luck I figured my last chance was therapy.
