Recommended10 Stars to this business.i took my Janome machine here to be serviced.i picked it up today and I am so pleased they went above and beyond to fix my machine I just brought it in for cleaning and they heard a noise in the machine they called the company and did everything to fix it he worked 2 hours on it.NO extra charge.debbie is a wonderful person great personality.i will go back there whenever necessary.they do fantastic work and take great pride in what they do. I would recommend so.portland sewing to anyone.thanks again.

I picked up my serger on Saturday from its "Spa treatment". When I got home I discovered I was missing one of the thread supports. A quick call to Debby and it was found in the shop. It arrived in the mail on Moday with a bonus gift of a pack of serger needles! THAT is customer service! Thank you!

Just picked up my 33 year old sewing machine from them. It wasn't working at all beyond turning on, it needed service so badly. It works like brand new now.
These folks are the absolute best. Love the machine I purchased here (on their recommendation - it's better than the one I thought I wanted) and they keep all three of my machines humming, which is huge since they are in use constantly for my small business.
Great service! I have had a couple of machines serviced here and they have a very quick turnaround and take the time to thoroughly explain any issues they fixed. Highly recommend this shop.
This shop is amazing! They completed a tuneup of my older Singer machine I've been using since the 90s and it runs like brand new! Knowledgeable, speedy, reliable, honest, friendly service and exceptionally priced repairs. I highly recommend taking in your old machine for a tune up! They sell fancy new ones and refurbished new ones too if you are looking for such things.
