Please is wonderful nice place to live
I need to write this review because I'm so mad the mailing room is a nightmare unorganized and we paid 30$ for concierge service which is never been used to put our packages in the lockers 5 packages has been stolen from the room and i bet not only us but yet the management didnt do qny thing about it I've reported this issue to the office they didn't care they said call the police and the police didn't do anything too that is horrible every time I want to order anything I just be worried it will be stolen
The company/agents customer service, maintenance service, and communication service are all subpar. Additionally, there are numerous hidden fees and charges. Furthermore, the agents lacks the necessary knowledge and understanding to effectively resolve residential disputes & problems looks fair price from outside but it’s not the same what you see( a lot of utilities charges will add). Given these shortcomings, I cannot recommend any individual to be a part of the community.
