Andrea was very thoughtful and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend. Make sure to bring a Red Bull for her.
I moved into southpointe in 2021 and I have not been happier in any other place I’ve been in. Andrea has made living here the easiest experience I’ve ever had. She is so caring and down to earth. She definitely cares about her tenants and makes sure the property stays clean and looking nice. I will forever be grateful for her and southpointe giving me and my family the perfect home!
I want to give a huge thank you to Andrea in the office. Her kindness and compassion goes beyond measure. She is definitely one of the most down to earth humble souls that i think ive ever met. I just met her and can't express enough much she has helped me see a light in discouraging moments just by being a natural light herself. No matter what these reviews may say, there is no mistaking her genuine care for others.
I need 4 bedrooms please
This place is awful please stay away from there, property manager is useless she’s never in the office when clearly says open from 8am to 5pm. They do not keep up with their property plant flowers that’s about it. Truly looks like the ghetto you can’t take your kids to the park without them being harassed by teenagers. Property manager fixes people income I’m talking her family members so that they can live in low income.
