Love the security system and cleanliness. Good lighting and I enjoy the unlimited hours of access (with code of course).
I have rented a unit on First St for over a year now since my Mom passed on June 26th of last year. I haven't always been on time with my payments bc life happens and times are hard to make ends meet at times, but I have paid my extra charges of $15 for being 15 days late and numerous other charges that come along with being late but thanks to God I have managed to hang onto my Mom's things. Have rented units from this business for years. Exceptionally clean, very accommodating. Wouldn’t dream of renting from any other company.
Lots of cameras, lots of lighting. It's a good location so I'm giving it 5 stars even if I thought it was just a tad overpriced.
Great experience with South Pointe Storage! Easy communication with clean and secure units. Will rent here again if needed!
