The place sucks. The heat output from the baseboards is minimal, the rent goes up every 6 months and my neighbors are mostly men who sit around smoking and collecting welfare while gossiping like old women all day long. That's all these tenants do all day long is go up and down the stairs every 15 minutes to smoke cigarettes. The actual management is almost non existent. If you call the main GLD management office, you'll encounter 20 different people who are absolutely clueless about the properties they supposedly manage.
I have lived here for 8 yrs and I like it! My apartment was clean and freshly painted when i moved in! We now have a nonsmoking policy! Most everyone that lives here is nice and friendly! I havent had any management or maintenance problems! Its very quiet and the parking lot and sidewalks are kept cleaned and salted in the winter!
