Ms. Takia Holmes has been nothing short of amazing! From my walk in inquiry of the property, application and approval process and my move in date, she was/is always professional and pleasant. She made my moving process stress free. Mr. Earl the Maintenance guy also made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before leaving. I appreciate them both and the New Property Managment has gained two exceptional workers.
day one they gave me an apartment with roaches that don’t pay rent sooo many stink bugs even a wasp i moved in a few weeks ago. the screens on windows are broken front door broken you can literally see in the hallway like someone previously kicked it in. carpet in closet was ripped up. cabinets fell on my foot when i opened it up to put my dishes in . missing shelves in my fridge and cabinets main building door is never locked. no-one picks up there dog poop so stay off the “grass” laundry room isn't even in my building so l... read more
