I’ve live here since 2003 and I really enjoy living here every time I go to the officer I’m greeted with a smile I really like Ester she has always been very nice and helpful
After living here for a year Esther and Victoria continue to be helpful. My kids and i love everything about this place!!
Ester and Victoria are amazing, I was very grateful for their patience. The process to become a resident in the community was made easy because they answered all our questions. We love our apartment and so glad we have great people that work for South Pointe
Renewed the lease again I really love it here
These apartments are beyond trash.. Maintenance does nothing AT ALL.. My bf apartment flooded with water from the apartment upstairs. They never replaced carpet NOTHING! BLACK MOLD GREW EVERYWHERE! I was sick everytime I spent the night till finally I had to go to the ER for a RESPIRATORY INFECTION.. The manager was extremely rude even though my bf ALWAYS paid his rent on time. The only time they did anything was recently, cause they're trying to sell the apartments. AND STILL all they replaced was a small piece of sheet roc... read more
