South Point did a superior job from the estimating by Jason to the tech guy's, Soren and Bryant. installed rubber boots on my vent pipes and some miscellaneous items. Jason supplied pictures and drone video to show me the before and after results. It pays to have a good company ,that is insured and works safely. You don't want "fly by night" people repairing your roof. You want experienced people. Thank you South Point

They were very professional and made sure we were satisfied with everything they were doing. The roof looks fantastic and they did an excellent job of cleaning up. A big thank you to Mike who supervised the whole experience.

Jason and the whole South Point team are awesome. I called South Point because I got a mailer from another roofing company that supposedly had a picture of my roof on it showing wind damage to the shingles in a drone picture, blaming Helene. Danielle took my call and was so polite and helpful. I wanted a second opinion, and the roofing company that sent the fraudulent mailer didn't even have an answering service and didn't call me back until days later. Had several problems with new roof and they did not fix the problem. Now we have mold Even had new gutters put on And I guess trusting them to make sure the customer is taken care of is not their priority. One star because I can't do a zero
