I just had the best experience with South Point Roofing . Jason was very knowledgeable and thorough, he took the time and effort to make multiple trips to the attic for a possible leak , climbed to the top of a vaulted ceiling to use a moisture sensor, and used a drone with crystal clear images to eliminate my roof as the moisture problem. He even went above and beyond and tacked up a facia trim piece that had fallen and sprayed a wasps nest. He was quick to answer every one of my million questions and really knew what he was talking about. I researched several roofing companies before deciding on South Point. Though they are not the cheapest, I was impressed by several factors: their sales rep, Jason, was knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and offered many extras other companies did not offer,I.e., the Atlas shingles should not discolor due to a special chemical protection, and had a longer warranty.
