Our experience with South Point Roofing & Gutters has been very positive, including our first contact with Danielle in the office, our meeting with Jason for getting an estimate, the efficient and expert workmanship of Caleb and Tyrese, who installed our gutters, and dealing with Ricky, the project manager in overseeing all the details. I want to address several issues with my recent experience: I clearly stated from the beginning that I was out of state and unavailable. This was already discussed. During our second call, your representative claimed I had been rude in the initial conversation. That is both inaccurate and unprofessional. On the positive side, South Point roofing did a great job and our new roof looks amazing. The free estimate was very detailed and took Mike over an hour to complete. My other two estimates took 15 minutes or less and were less expensive. Southern Point provided drone images of our existing roof in their detailed estimate package. I would say that they were very thorough, arrived on time and did an excellent job. The roof job was completed in 12 hours. I recently worked with Jason Janssen on getting part of my roof repaired, and the experience was excellent. Jason was very responsive throughout the process and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was helpful, thorough in his assessment, and clearly very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, and I really appreciated the professionalism and communication from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend working with Jason if you get the chance.
