Tried multiple walk in clinics, either closed or full. My Telus Health, no appointments available. Family doctor not open. The appointment with this clinic today was exactly what was needed - I called and had an appointment within 3 hours. It was a phone call. Very helpful providing me the information I needed.
Such a great service. I'm very impressed. From the person that answered the phone to the doctor that called me back everything was top notch.

Tried to get information about their “new medical clinic” in South Surrey so call the number on the website. When prompt was given to select the option for the medical clinic I was put through to the Pharmacy, not the medical clinic. Offered a phone number to call for telemedicine but when I started to ask if they actually had a medical clinic or was it was just telemedicine physician, the pharmacist hung up on me? Very impressed with the pharmacy team. They are extremely helpful and the delivery option is really great when you are unwell.
