Horrible service and treatment. I had to come back to submit an update to my previous review. While I was out of the country, my husband ended up taking my car back to this Hyundai dealer since the problem was not fixed. To recap, I took the car to the dealership thinking they would know best how to fix my unusual issue. Notorious and unclean. The advisor was good though.
I usually go out of town for service because I've never had a good experience here. But last year the air compressor went out and i was unable to travel to my usual service department out of town. The car was returned with a mess on the floorboards and seat. Had to take it back a year later because the compressor failed again. I should add that i had been complaining about AC & heated issues for 3 years and neither service department i went to (including South Point) figured it out until the compressor went out. Go for parts. Wait at parts counter for 5 minutes. Cashier finally notices me through her technician who’s standing at the counter on their phones. Goes and spends 5 minuets getting the parts guy for me. Parts guy gets my shop name, heads to the back to find my part, maybe a couple minutes at most. Sets parts on counter with bill and said the cashier would get me squared away. Cashier never came back from getting the parts guy. Wait another 8 minutes for no cashier. Brought my car in at first service for safety recalls and tire replacement and had to leave a review because my service provider Courtney was truly phenomenal. Customer Service was great, she made sure everything was fully communicated to me and had my car back the next day. She even made sure it was washed outside and vacuum even with my car having the Matt finish she made sure it was taken care of the correct way. The reason why I always come back is truly the service always received! Thank you Courtney!
