Brought in my Veloster because my blinker stopped working, had it checked out 3 times and they kept replacing the bulb and doing a “diagnostic” and finding no problem to it. My blinker stopped working again after leaving the lot. I had things to do and I was over it. I do not recommend this location.

My trunk latch broke. I had an appointment for another issue, so I had them give me an estimate to repair it. They texted me 2 hours later with a quote of $671!!! I couldn't believe it. I found a new trunk latch online for $20, and replaced it myself. It quite literally took 20 minutes, and was incredibly straight forward. If anyone ever reads this review I IMPLORE you to ask chat gpt how much you should be getting charged before this place gives you an outrageous quote.

Service department was horrible!! Entitled snowflakes with huge attitude problem. Refused to listen to my concerns. Had to talk to the new service manager, who was nice but still did not resolve issues with car. Sent message with experience to customer service. No response.

The absolute worst experience. Please get your car serviced elsewhere if you want honest and reliable service and communication. I will not be back. They had my car for a month and couldn’t “replicate the issue.” I took it to North Austin and they diagnosed and fixed in 3 days.

First of all, I spoke to a very friendly service manager during check-in. He was very kind. Unfortunately, despite having an appointment, I came in on a Saturday and waited about 30-40 minutes to get the vehicle checked in. The staff was doing their absolute best, but the dealership clearly doesn't allocate enough people to attending to the demand. I feel for the staff – they did a great job given the circumstances, but I waited almost as long to check in as I did for my routine maintenance. The turnaround of the actual tune... read more
