They used my signature for the diagnostic charge I initially signed for to recharge my air conditioning for $400. My car sat in their parking lot for almost 2 weeks before they even looked at the it. They initially wanted $600 to recharge the air conditioning and I refused to sign for it. Two days later, I'm being charged $400 for something I never signed for to begin with. I’ve purchased three cars from this dealership. Never again. SPH aggressively pushes additional bumper-to-bumper warranties for 10 years/100,000 miles, but they don’t honor them. If you try to use the warranty, you’ll be told to schedule a drop-off appointment—not for service, but just to leave your car. It will then sit untouched for 5 to 9 business days before a mechanic even looks at it. Your car remains unused, and your life disrupted for up to two weeks just for diagnosis. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Hyundai South Point. I brought my car in after the transmission failed—not something you expect shortly after buying a vehicle. Not only did they take an unreasonably long time to diagnose the issue, but they also exceeded the repair timeline without any clear communication or updates.
