Soy de Argentina y me pareció espectacular!!!! La atención sobre Todo, se preocupan por solucionar todo lo que pidas. Y con el idioma siempre encuentras alguien para ayudarte. Muy amable el personal del hotel.
Came for vacation and first night was great! But the rest of the stay was annoying and terrible! No customer service when you ask to speak to a manager or someone higher up. Was told my VALID ILLINOIS ID was not acceptable at the bar. Given I had drank and gambled the whole day prior. Very upset with the hospitality. Had to go else where to gamble and drink. Very unsatisfied. Will not stay here again.
Selena was the best. Friendly, knowledable, and kind hearted. Loved the extras that came with my facial like the sauna and whirlpools. Loved the scented showers....I wanted to try them all!

Always a great stay there! Clean, great staff and Nikki our Executive Slot Host is our heaven sent angel that always has a smile and a big welcome for us. The rooms are Very nice. House keeping is wonderful and our needs are met within mins of requests. Food is great! So many choices! I highly recommend this jewel in the desert.
It was my first time here and I really enjoyed myself. I went for my son's bowling tournament. The only thing that got me was the smoking. But otherwise I really did love it, and everything was there. You didn't have to leave, especially in the heat.
The experience was excellent until the very end. The girl at the desk apparently didn't know how to check and verify that I was an authorized user on our room. I was embarrassed for no reason. Next time I will know to have them call directly to the front desk!
