I stayed there Thanksgiving weekend for a baseball tournament,the room they gave me (247) was on the second floor facing an alley and a huge building you couldn't see ANYTHING ,it was horribly claustrophobic and the beds were way too hard. Very uncomfortable stay. Those rooms should be super cheap, since you can't even look out ,there's no reason to even open the curtain! Fabulous buffet. Lots to do, movie theaters, bowling alley, arcade and tons of restaurants to choose from. Very clean & friendly staff. Wonderful selection of Table Games & slot machines as well.

Excellent casino and the spa massage was awesome!!
Very clean room and the casino was a bunch of fun! Had a blast at the craps tables with some very friendly dealers. The slots were hit and miss just like any casino it was the atmosphere that made it great
It's an awesome place to go gamble and play the sports section with football tickets I love It there!
We didn’t stay at the hotel. We went for the craft show. The craft show sucked!!! There were more people selling windows,doors and hot tubs then crafts. Santa and Mrs. Claus were nasty looking. We won’t be going back.
The beds are hard. The shower is nice. The Del Mar Deli sucks when it comes to Customer Service. I stood there for almost 20 min watching these people "service" guest with, "here you go." No smile, have a good night, enjoy, thank you. When I talked to Javier the manager his response, " Oh, we are busy. They had continuous guest but no huge line. Plus when spending $15 for medicore chicken strips, ff and a drink the least you could do is smile and have a nice exit saying. Thank you
The hotels refusal to remove up to $45 in room charges after staying 5 days, eating, going to the movies onsite, playing Bingo, Stephanie having alcoholic drinks, and losing several hundred dollars in the casino was very disappointing. What made it worst was we where celebrating our 1st anniversary and the romantic room service meal we ordered wasn't delivered until 8 hours later.
