This is the only place I’ve been that majority of the restaurants does not allow”to go” orders. On top of that, we are even booked in a room 🙄😩. Really? What kind of “customer service” is that?????
One of the best sports-books in town. Entire property is clean, and the staff is friendly. Great morning deals at the bar (6am to noon). Always a good time at SP.

We stayed and had a nice time BUT after check out was charged alot of money to replace the TV they said we broke but we did not so I feel very scamed by this place.
Good and spectacular hotel, the costumer service is amazing, I recommend all my friends, just congratulations, I liked, and my next vacation I come back

South point , i think should have it's own entrance for their hotel area so the children doesn't walk pass through (or walk by) casino players or casino main game area.
We decided to have brunch at the Garden Buffet, we were better off waiting in line at Steak & Shake. I'm not the type to complain about food, but it was a disappointment. We heard employees talking amongst each others about paying customers, when the customers brought up the poor quality in temp. & texture of the food.
