Really wish the shuttle service from the hotel to the strip would have been available. They stopped running it on the 10th but NOT ONE PERSON mentioned that this amenity was no longer available during booking, until we were in the hotel and asked for the schedule. We based our stay at South Point on the convenience of the shuttle. The shuttle is still advertised on the website and on the back of the room key envelope as well as on the flyers they hand you during check in.
We checked in Friday renting 5 rooms, as always room fees were added $21.00 per night, the AC wasn’t the best in the rooms. One of the rooms smelled funky and we had the toilet overflown with soapy water; luckily the housekeeper fixed the issue within 10 min of letting them know. The staff were nice and helpful. Parking was always good, we manage to find a spot near the elevators on the second floor everytime we left and came back.
