This was my first time in the us and I was so excited to be going to Las Vegas and stay at the south point casino the pictures online do the south point no justice when we pulled up all I can say was wow this hotel is huge and the building looks amazing from the outside and definitely didn’t let us down on the inside the staff are super friendly and helpful and there is definitely no shortage of great food we’ll recommended can’t wait to be back soon ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Grand view lounge. Dennis Bono Shows on Thursday. Restaurants. It is bright and the atmosphere is pleasant. love your spa.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Staff/front desk was VERY rude and unprofessional. After being treated poorly I asked to talk to a manager. Shelley Essex, the director of Hotel Opperations approached the counter and informed me that "if I'm not happy I should stay somewhere else!" I am appalled and completely disgusted at how they treated me. I asked for the ladies name, she quickly turned around and stated "Better yet, I'll give you my business card."
