Me & my family love <3 staying here , there's a bit of everything for the hole family. ;)
We stayed here several times over the last few years each time we had exceptional service from valet, regidtration, bell desk, housejeeping, superb restaurants, five star all the way!!!!!
4 day stay was wonderful. The only complaint is that the casino floor has very poor ventilation & non-smokers have a lot of smoke to deal with..
UPDATE. Third time here. Actually here writing this. We bought a timeshare next door at the Grandview last year. Used to be a fair place to play video poker. Not anymore. The place gives a 0% chance of winning period. 100% house advantage. The law of random numbers does not apply here. Even if the house had a 90% take I'd theoretically win 10% of my plays. Not even. Yes it's gambling. I get it. But this entire week was a total take of my money. Nope I won't gamble here at all anymore. Period.
Really nice hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the weak, expensive drinks at the hotel bars.
LOVE this hotel !!! I live in Las Vegas and my mom and I do a spa stay vacation here every 4 weeks. We have been coming here for over eight years. The staff "everywhere" in this hotel is amazing. And they have the best Spa in town and all the people who work in it are wonderful and treat us like family..wouldn't change a thing or go anywhere else.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just so you know the majority of the Trump supporters that were not allowed to see him because of the choice of the closet space of a conference room...... Did not, I repeat did not patronize your Casino. Trick no good....
