This was my first time at this location, and it was much better than the other dealership I used to go to. Alex, my service advisor, made the whole experience smooth. He was personable, friendly, and detailed in explaining everything, and I really appreciated how transparent he was with the pricing, no surprises at all. Best of all, I didn’t have to wait for hours; everything was done quickly and efficiently thanks to Antonio, the technician. I’ll definitely be coming back here thanks to Alex and Antonio!

Pretty disappointed with my recent service at south point. Took in my ram 2500 due to a service light on the dashboard display, service manager Allan called saying that the fuel filters were in dire need of replacing. I manage multiple fleet vehicles and cannot afford down time. Based on his recommendation I agreed to swap the filters at a cost of $450. Was brought to this dealership by a Facebook Marketplace ad that they had advertising a truck for $33,999. Drove 2 1/2 hrs to the dealership, and after sitting down to talk price, was told that the ad was a mistake, that the price was $39,999, after being told the day before that $33,999 was the correct price. They would not honor the price of $33,999 as advertised. It was the classic bait and switch, and an absolute awful way to treat a potential customer.
