Pretty disappointed with my recent service at south point. Took in my ram 2500 due to a service light on the dashboard display, service manager Allan called saying that the fuel filters were in dire need of replacing. I manage multiple fleet vehicles and cannot afford down time. Based on his recommendation I agreed to swap the filters at a cost of $450. Was brought to this dealership by a Facebook Marketplace ad that they had advertising a truck for $33,999. Drove 2 1/2 hrs to the dealership, and after sitting down to talk price, was told that the ad was a mistake, that the price was $39,999, after being told the day before that $33,999 was the correct price. They would not honor the price of $33,999 as advertised. It was the classic bait and switch, and an absolute awful way to treat a potential customer. I have stayed with this dealership for over 8yrs if not longer. There was something wrong with my jeep and I called the Service Dept. to schedule a drop off. They gave me the run around for over a month and kept saying someone would call me back, but nobody did. Then I called and was a bit rude to get help.
